We loved every aspect I'm dealing with David Dultmeier.  First off he was the only roofing company that got back with us after they gave us their bid. One never did give us a bid after they called.  David is very good at communication and answering all the questions we had.  His foreman and crew did a fantastic job and tho the mess was frightening, they cleaned up every bit of it.  They were very careful with our property and putting things back they had to move. Hope we never need another roof, but if for some reason we do, I'd call him again. I can’t recommend David and his crew more!  We sustained extensive storm damage and David assembled the best crew and stayed on top of the job throughout. The craftsmanship and professionalism was second to none. Communication was prompt and all steps thoroughly explained and timely. The crew showed up on time and worked like a well-oiled machine to get the roof replaced before a storm rolled in.  They did an excellent job of clean up after all the work was completed also. This is the second time I have used Dultmeier Roofing for work on my house. Every Single Time I had a question, they answered. I wrote in over Thanksgiving and they took the time to get back in touch and let me know when he could come estimate. Both jobs were self pay and not insurance work. We had several leaks along the dormers and were advised that a new roof would be a good idea. The price was so reasonable that we upgraded our shingles to get a discount on insurance, added ridge vents, vent intakes, and baffles so air could properly flow through the attic spaces! This steep roof was speedily done in 2.5 days and the crew was so respectful that they moved all our plants and decorations away from the house AND put them back nicely! Very good to work with.  Called for an estimate, Justin came out inspected and I received the estimate that evening.  New roof installed within 2 weeks.  Crew was  very good, started to work immediately upon arriving  on the job.  New gutter screens were installed also. Justin inspected work and checked ground for loose nails.  Piece of old shingle was stuck high on tree limb and he removed that too.  I would highly recommend  Dultmeier Roofing

Dultmeier roofing replaced my roof and gutters with leaf gaurds on my house and shop. The crew was very professional and curtious. I would recomend them to anyone looking to have roofing work done. My contact person was Justin and he stood by his bid and answered any question I had. He's a true professional and stands by what he tells you.
